Step one: Concept design & space planning
Every successful project begins with understanding how you live, how you want your home to feel and what you want to achieve from the space. Whether you are renovating a period property, extending a family home, remodelling an existing layout or embarking on a complete home transformation, we begin by exploring your lifestyle, aspirations and practical requirements. Using advanced 2D and 3D visualisation tools, we create design concepts that allow you to fully understand and experience the proposed scheme before implementation begins.
After brainstorming ideas, styles and requirements, we gather your suggestions and begin creating models, concept boards and colour schemes for you to review digitally. We’ll then help you visualise your space with 2-3 layout design options, using innovative 2D and 3D computer-aided design.
For larger renovation and luxury new build projects, this stage may also involve early collaboration with architects, planning consultants and other specialists to ensure the interior design vision is considered from the outset.
However, not every project requires an architect. Many clients simply want to improve room flow, open up living spaces or create a more practical layout. We can help identify opportunities to improve the way your home functions whilst maintaining a clear and cohesive design direction.
Step two: Detailed design & sourcing
Once the overall design direction has been agreed, we move into the detailed planning and sourcing phase.
This stage involves refining layouts, selecting materials, specifying finishes, designing bespoke elements and sourcing furnishings that align with the overall vision. Every decision is carefully considered to ensure the final result is cohesive, functional and reflective of your lifestyle.
From coordinating contractors, to designing and costing bespoke furniture, to sourcing and styling unique interior finishes, we’ll take care of the practicalities so you don’t have to. We’ll continue to use computer aided design to help you visualise each detail – ensuring we stay true to your vision every step of the way.
For renovation, refurbishment and luxury new build projects, we also work closely with contractors, suppliers and specialist consultants to ensure every element of the design is achievable, practical and delivered to the highest standard.
Step three: Bringing your vision to life
As your project moves into implementation, our role becomes one of coordination, collaboration and quality control.
We work closely with contractors, suppliers and specialist trades throughout the installation process, ensuring the design vision is delivered accurately and consistently. Regular site visits allow us to oversee progress, address challenges and maintain the attention to detail that defines every HH Interiors project.
